SpineRelief™ · Inflatable lumbar belt

Steady support for your lower back — through the drive, the desk day and the chores.

An adjustable belt with air columns you inflate with a hand pump. It wraps your lower back, adds gentle upward support, and lets you choose exactly how firm it feels — over or under your clothes.

  • Air columns you inflate to the support you want
  • Wear it sitting, driving, standing or doing chores
  • Fits waists 29–49 in, in two sizes
  • Deflates flat when you don't need it

Feel the support the moment it fills

You fasten the belt around your waist and squeeze the pump. The air columns rise, the belt firms up around your lower back, and you can feel your back being held — not squeezed.

Stop when it feels right. Then get on with the day: the commute, hours at the desk, the laundry, the garden.

When you're done, open the valve and it goes soft and flat again.

Support that goes where you go

Back strain doesn't wait for a convenient moment. Wear the belt in the car, at your desk, while you cook or while you work in the garden — over a T-shirt or under a sweater.

You choose how firm it feels

A regular brace is either too loose or too tight. Here each squeeze of the pump adds a little more support, and the valve lets it out again — so it fits how your back feels today.

A gentle lift, not just a squeeze

As the vertical air columns fill, they push gently upward between your ribs and your hips, giving your lower back more support than a flat elastic brace.

What's in the box: the inflatable belt, the hand pump and the instruction bookletBelt, pump and instructions

Everything in the box

The belt, its hand pump and instructions — nothing else to buy. Keep the pump with the belt: its connector is made for this valve.

Say yes again

A sore lower back makes you start saying no: to the long drive, to helping someone move, to an afternoon in the garden.

The belt doesn't change your back overnight. But steady support while you do the thing can make the difference between skipping it and getting through it.

Four steps, about a minute

Put it on, pump, adjust, go.

  1. Wrap it onAround your waist, fastened snugly — breathe out as you close it.
  2. Close the valveSo the air stays in.
  3. Pump gentlyStop as soon as it feels supportive — never tight.
  4. ReleaseOpen the valve to let the air out when you're done.

How the air columns work

A regular back brace only wraps around you. SpineRelief has vertical air columns sewn into the belt. When you pump air in, they get taller and press gently upward and outward, so the belt supports your lower back from all sides instead of just squeezing your waist.

Because the support comes from air, you control the amount: a few pumps for light support, a few more for firmer support.

What you've probably tried already

  • SpineReliefUnder $35, once. Adjustable support whenever you need it, wherever you are.
  • Elastic back bracesSimple, but one level of support — too loose or too tight.
  • Just pushing throughFree, until the drive home or the next morning reminds you.

Who it's for — and sizing

People who sit, drive or stand for long hours, people who lift and carry, and anyone who wants extra lower-back support for a busy day. It fits waists from 29 to 49 inches in two sizes (M and L).

Don't over-inflate it, and don't leave it inflated in a hot car — air expands with heat. If you're pregnant, have had back surgery, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or tingling.

Questions before you buy

How much should I inflate it?

Just until it feels supportive. More air isn't better — if it feels tight or presses on your ribs, let some air out.

Can I wear it while driving?

Yes, many people do. Inflate it before you set off, keep it comfortable rather than firm, and let a little air out if the car gets hot.

How long can I wear it?

Start with an hour or two at a time and see how your back feels. Take it off to rest and when you sleep.

Which size do I need?

Measure around your waist at belly-button level. Together the two sizes cover 29–49 inches; if you're between sizes, choose the larger one.

Can I wear it under clothes?

Yes — under a loose shirt or sweater, or over a T-shirt.

I lost the pump. Can I use another one?

The belt's valve is made for its own pump, so keep the two together. If it goes missing, contact us.

What if it's not for me?

You have 30 days from the day it arrives to return it, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we will send you the instructions. Read the return policy.
