1. About our store

In these terms, “RELAXTER”, “we” and “us” refer to the RELAXTER online store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform used to display products and process checkout.

2. Using the store

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order, and keep any account sign-in details secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

3. Product information

Review the product description, dimensions, materials, available options and instructions before choosing an item. If you are unsure about a product, contact us before ordering.

4. Prices, payment and offers

Product prices and the selected currency are displayed in the store. Review your items, quantities, discounts, taxes and any delivery charges shown at checkout before submitting your order. The payment methods available for your order are the methods shown at checkout.

A promotion or gift is subject to the eligibility, minimum spend, product choices and other conditions displayed with that offer. Review the final cart and checkout totals to confirm which discounts or gifts apply to your order.

5. Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not shipped can usually be changed or cancelled. Once an order has shipped, refer to our return policy and contact us for help with the next step.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our current shipping policy provides free shipping with tracking to US addresses, with no minimum order amount. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates.

Items in one order may be sent in separate packages and arrive on different days. For other destinations, review availability and any charges at checkout. Read our shipping policy for tracking, delivery delays and help with missing packages.

7. Returns and refunds

Under our current return policy, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, mouth tape and earplugs can only be returned unopened.

Contact us with your order number before sending an item back so we can provide the return address and instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover return shipping as described in the policy.
