Is it firm or soft?
Medium-firm. Memory foam softens a little with your body warmth but keeps its height, which is what stops your knees from pressing together.
I'm tall. Will it fit me?
It measures about 10.2" × 7.8" × 6" (25 × 20 × 15 cm). Most people find that right between the knees; if you'd like more space, you can place it a little lower, between your calves.
Does it get hot?
It's much smaller than a body pillow, so there's less to trap heat, and the cover is soft and breathable.
Can I take it when I travel?
Yes. It's compact enough to fit in a carry-on or suitcase.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine-wash it. Don't wash the foam itself — air it out instead.

Durable quality vacuum-sealed received by mail at home. I had ordered these heart-shaped knee pads in a smaller size years ago. This larger size is finer and better for the sofa when watching TV or sleeping.
