Shipping Policy

How long it takes

We process orders within 1–3 business days. After that, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some items ship from US warehouses and can arrive sooner.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link at the address you used at checkout. It can take up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

More than one item?

Items in the same order can ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Shipping is still free.

Late or missing package

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us with your order number. We'll check with the carrier, and if the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Changing your address

Need to fix your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
