Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.
What can be returned
Items that are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, mouth tape and earplugs can only be returned unopened.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number, the item and the reason. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — the return address is not always the address on your package.
Return shipping
If you changed your mind, the return shipping is on you. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, it's on us.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your refund
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
